Would be a nice apartment complex to live in -- if management could get their head out of their behind. Been here for three years now. There is an aura of laziness, stupidity, and utter incompetence that emanates from everything they do around here. I've had enough, will be looking for a new facility when my lease is up....
Lived here for a couple of years loved it at first. But then the renovations started and they raised the rent!!. The basketball court being closed really broke my son’s heart. Eventually I had to break my lease due to the rent being raised so high for a one bedroom. The fact it was $1900 to almost 2300 I couldn’t afford it.
They Will Police your kids, expect you to be ok with renovations to apartments with no discount for the inconvenience, loud construction noises and no plans on opening basketball courts so the kids can have a safe place to play! Greedy, Greedy and very Greedy. Their All about getting the most money from tenents and not catering to the kids safety needs.
The maintenance crew here is the best ever. The service is provided in very reasonable time from the date it was requested and the crew are very polite, professional and thorough. Jamie did a super job. Thank you so much!
Not only do we share this apartment complex with other people, but the number of roaches I have seen in and out of the apartments and the number of mice I have seen running around the complex is unbelievable. I have tried contacting the apartment managers but have had difficulty reaching anyone. I have to call the complex 5+ times until they decide to answer.
