My parents being having some issues with there stove and been trying to get it replaced and every time they just send someone to take a look at it and asper the New maneger, she stated that the building does not have enough funds to get a new stove. And now the central AC is not working for over a month been calling reporting and no answer. New management is undesirable, unprofessional and ratchet. She does what she wants when she wants. Did my recertification back in January and since the new manager she has not fulfilled the requirements but let a tenant not comply with policy and its termination of lease. The owner needs to look into his new office manager. Waiting to move soon!
