Very very poorly kept Co-Op building with lots of complaints for heat and water. It's like the projects BUT YOU BOUGHT $$$ IT SUCKERS!! Feel bad for the owners. One crazy lady owned the whole building and flipped it from rental to CoOp which by the way is the worst type of real estate purchase. It's like a chain but if there are financially weak links in the chain everybody else on the chain has got to pay and at that point lawyers get involved and the mess gets even more expensive.
