Really spent a lot of time with me and beloved dog. They seem to care and relate well to owners and their pets.

CAH goes the extra mile, whether it's TLC for the diabetic lab-mix while boarding, or diagnosing an illness that has no rhyme or reason after extensive test results. They keep working with my pets until everyone's happy and healthy. It says a lot that my pets look FORWARD to going to the vet, and get excited if we're near the area. CAH folks aren't just docs and techs and staff, they're family.
The staff care for both the pet and the parents, patient with both, knowledgeable. Have taken care of our pets since my parents moved to Cleveland area - Hosta, Tiffany, Sam, and Peewee!
I just love CAH!!!! Dr. Mike has taken care of my Shih Tzu Chi since I got her at six months old. Dr. Mike, as well as the other Vets are just wonderful, caring individuals and have the best "bedside" manner about them. The staff in their office are also wonderful.
Dr. Lysz saved our little Zero's life when he had parvo...we were worried sick but she took such good care of him! Thank you!!!
