I just love Clayton Animal Hospital. I love the staff , Lara the groomer and Dr. Holzer. Dr. is kind, understanding, and takes the time to answer my many questions. She explains every procedure making sure I understand everything that will be done. Just recently my 4 legged baby went through a surgery and it went without a hitch. Thank you to Dr. Holzer and the whole staff for doing such a wonderful job!
We were very pleased with the Vet that treated Louie. He was very understanding. He made sure we knew what to look for and how to best take care of Louie. He made sure we knew what the medicines were for and how often to give to Louie. We were very pleased with the staff that came to our suv to speak with us. The morning we came it was raining and the parking lot was packed. Louie was acting like he was in pain. i brought my cat to them after finding blood in her poop. $550 later they didn't find anything to explain it. I took my other cat to another vet who found he had tape worms. I asked the vet at Clayton to treat the cat they had just seen and they refused, saying she couldn't have gotten them, too. I then paid for ANOTHER office visit at the second vet to have her treated. They share a litter box, of course she had them. duh.
I want to recognize how hard Dr. Bagley and his staff have been working rain or shine doing parking lot appointments. I have came every other day with Odie and they are all so wonderful. I have never taken any of my animals anywhere else. We love these guys! You guys rock!
Dr. Bagley was amazing today as we had to say goodbye to our sweet Babe. He was kind, compassionate, and empathetic... and even let me hold her while he did the procedure. So thankful we found you for her last care. Thank you so much.
I had a kitty emergency (well, it was an emergency to me) and they were very caring and thorough in their questions and examination. Thank goodness it was not a broken paw. Thank you to the entire staff! They work as a team, My relief was amazing. I could eat without a problem when they said he was ok.
Thanks to Clayton Animal Hospital for taking Savage in and showing him lots of love and compassion today. He is surely going through a tough time, but you guys surely have made it much easier for him and us! I couldn't thank you enough for the dedication and attention you gave him today.
Dr. Bagley and his staff are kind, knowledgeable, professional, caring and the best at what they do, I have rescued many dogs and cats throughout my lifetime and dealt with several veterinarians after living in Michigan, Dallas, Nevada, etc. Dr. Bagley is the best veterinarian that I have ever had-period!
