Our service tech, Jason was excellent!! He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with our A/C and fix it.
The ace technician, Carlos, showed up on time in a clean truck and uniform and was eager, polite, and professional. He kept at the job despite the complexity and close quarters and went above and beyond to make sure everything fit, was properly installed and functioning, and corrected all issues he encountered along the way. The team at ACE was thorough in their diagnostics and creative in identifying efficient solutions. Well done and thank you!
They did a great job, and showed my wife how everything works, where the winter shutoff valve was, and even how to use the smart thermostat, which she hates. Good Job 👍 👍
I had my routine system check this week and Nick was great. The quality of service is always top notch, from the office staff to the techs. I also appreciated the text prior to my appointment advising who would be coming to my home. Nice touch for added safety. Highly recommended!
