they were very rude to my special needs brother in law, treated him like he was nothing. then when something was said about the treatment became very rude to the adults. I will never let my kids go there.

Always great care. Very friendly staff. Whole family uses Dr. Rhynes and trust him with all our eye needs.
I didn't like him he doesn't listen to your issues. I needed to move to astigmatism contacts and he refused to listen to the problems I was having and I couldn't wear them, premier on the other hand put me in the same brand I used to wear just with the astigmatism correction and I am able to wear contacts again! I also took my 2 year old to him and the new glasses were giving her a head ache so I made her a return appointment and I had to work so my mom took her and he was very rude, he is arrogant and doesn't like to be que... read more
I have done all my eye appointments there and I am very impressed with every single person on the staff. They are a God loving business which is definitely appreciated. I doubt there is a better place.
The entire team here have big hearts and truly seem to enjoy their jobs! Every time I have had to visit you feel the presence of God as this practice has been built on faith. I have seen Dr. Clay and Dr. Andrew Whitley and I must say both are great. During my last two visits I have seen Dr. Whitley and I continue to be amazed at the level of care and compassion he offers. The staff is amazing. I’ve seen both Dr. Clay and Dr. Rhynes. They were both awesome! Will continue to go back for as long as I can.
