Dr Kafka is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He is very good, has a great bedside manner and listens to my concerns.
Would give 0 stars. If you go in collections and have trouble filling your prescriptions you’ll be dismissed by Dr. Bollinger even after paying your full collections bill!!! I was told to pay my full bill to be seen for my medicine. I paid my full collections bill. Made the appointment, called for a sooner appointment if available only to be told she is dismissing me. The nurse I saw today was nothing like the person who called me about my hospital visit last week, very curt and fast talking, giving me no time to process. I am young, and disabled, extreme dehydration and malnutrition and I just wanted to start over. Security heavy nurse pulled my records with no consent verbal or written. Doctor office used to run smoothly. Doctor is great. The operations of the doctor office is a disaster. Nurses telling patients policies without talking to doctors. Scheduling could careless about the concept of patient safety or patient care. If someone is sick or needs medicine, does making them wait an hour or two lobby really make sense?
