My husband and I decided to give Clay Pigeon a try yesterday evening for a date night. We like to sample new (to us) restaurants in the DFW area and find ourselves gravitating to Fort Worth more than Dallas. The food scene in this town is ever expanding and quite good. Hands down, one of the best meals of my life. Unbelievable five course meal. Just trust Chef Dan for a meal you won't forget.
LOVED our first dinner at Clay Pigeon! The chef's pasta of the day with rabbit was delicious, and the cocktail menu is unique. I definitely recommend adding Clay Pigeon to your list of places to try. We will definitely be going back!
