I bought an extended warranty when I bought my truck. For a year I paid on it. The truck messed up. I was told not to drive it and it would take a week to get it in... but we don't have a loaner available... When I got upset I was told by the service department to, and I qoute... Take it somewhere else. The manager of the service department called later and suddenly they have a loaner. This was AFTER I called a few other places. They had my truck for days... I got it back dirty, needing an oil change and was NEVER even asked... read more
Sold my son a truck, stating in good working order, motor locked up 1 mile down the road, also wrote false info on the paperwork
Great experience. Shawn Shoemaker was very helpful, genuinely friendly, and low-key--no sales pressure. We had a smooth and easy experience test-driving and buying a vehicle with which we are very happy. (We bought a wonderful Subaru Outback Wilderness.) I highly recommend shopping at Clay Maxey for buying a used car. Everyone there was friendly and professional and Shawn was a pleasure to work with.
The easiest car purchase ever! Shawn Shoemaker was kind relaxed extremely knowledgeable! The extra plus was meeting a new friend. Highly recommend?
The staff at Clay Maxey were absolutely amazing! The service center group was so helpful and kind. I will never be able to say thank you enough for how much their kindness meant to me in such a stressful situation! Thank you to the staff for going out of your way for your customers!!
