We stopped to start shopping for a vehicle. Clay Maxey was our first stop and we planned to work our way down the highway to other dealerships. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who got us a salesperson. Colby Bain came and spoke with us to see how he could help. We were firm in expressing no V4’s only V6 or more was acceptable. Well this was not a very impressive dealership. Clinton was my main point of contact with the dealership and I was not very impressed with his communication. When I go to a dealership spending $3500 I expect a certain level of updates and communication that I did not get. I called them looking for updates more than they called me by a long shot. Granted he was polite over the phone but did kinda of seem to be reluctant to give me a time frame or update with out being specifically asked. This job took 25 days to get completed... read more
