I had to go to emergency in the Dallas area due to an injury on vacation and then a long plane ride from Oahu causing severe pain. The knee was drained (very swollen) and I was given pain prescriptions. The next day we headed home to Arkansas and the orthopedic clinic in Searcy squeezed me in two days later. Clay Kiihnl, PA, saw me. He was professional, kind and helpful, draining the knee again and injecting cortisone as well as ordering an MRI. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend him.
