Some staffers are so work focused they show little empathy toward patients. A few kind words would go a long way making the encounter less stressful. After waiting 1 hour between staff intake and seeing the Dr indicates the schedule is packed too tightly. Will also burn out the Dr.
I will be forever grateful that Dr Islam discovered my aneurysm I had a very short time until an uncontrollable brain bleed and deathi am so thankful for her and her kindness I will always be her patient. I’ve recovered she did an eye scan and immediately diagnosed the issue. Incredible doctor, if it had ruptured I had less than a 1% survival chance.
After waiting 55 minutes, I am getting ready to leave, this 2nd time here,no respect for patients time
