Billing department is terrible at their job
Worst electrical company I have ever dealt with. The power is constantly going out even when it is sunny out. It takes hours to restore. Completely unacceptable!
Inexcusably poor service. They somehow manage to have weekly blackouts lasting hours even when there isn’t a storm, rain, wind, or any other conditions that could reasonably explain them. When the power does go out, “restoration” means waiting around for hours with no meaningful updates and no sense of urgency. Not sure where our money is going but it certainly isn’t towards maintaining reasonable service. If you go with Clay, make sure you have a full home generator too. The power just went out and it’s 85 and sunny. Embarrassing. For the 10+ years I’ve had clay electric they’ve been the worst to us here in Fairbanks Florida.
