We were well rec
After 10 years of excellent service. They allowed contractors to pull pins off gate, drive thru drain field and when contacted several times. The "man in charge will call you back" never did. But wait one of the contractors forced his way pushing the gate open to see what it was all about. To find me home asking what he was doing there. At the end of the day I had to have the field inspected and thankfully no damage from 3 heavy trucks that drove in without a single call and over the drain field. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! IF I COULD, THIS WOULD BE A 0 STAR REVIEW!! THESE PEOPLE DRAG THEIR FEET WHEN ITS TIME TO RESTORE YOUR POWER!!!! IN 110°WEATHER, WITH BABIES AT HOME, AFTER A $432 LIGHT BILL PAID IN FULL, IT TOOK THEM 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES TO RECONNECT MY SERVICE WHICH IS USUALLY DONE REMOTELY WITHIN 5 MINUTES. SHAMFUL HOW THEY DO THEIR PATRONS!!
My family have been members since 1950. I became a member in 1981. The cost per kw hour has always been very competitive. The coop has always been managed with the highest level of ethics and service to its members. Every employee I have encountered over the years has treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I am proud to be a member of a friendly and caring coop.
