A very honest auto repair shop!!
RecommendedBrought my 07 Dodge with 48RE transmission issue into John at CCT JAX. They diagnosed, serviced, and repaired in less than 24hrs. Honest and skilled shop that has very fair prices. Owned and run by a Retired USN CMC and the epitome of good customer service and value. NAPA HQ would be proud and should use this place as a training center! Transmission issues? GO HERE! NAPA GOLD!!
I really loved their service. They were detailed, efficient, very friendly and genuine. Their seating area is clean and so are their bathrooms. Great coffee with snacks while you wait. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I started taking my car to CCT & AC since Feb 2019, I must say I have been completely satisfied with the service they have given me. I am not one to TRUST people easily, but I felt comfortable & my spirit at ease after Tony & John brief me of the findings & recommendation after inspecting my car for services. I will RECOMMEND this Business to anyone that wants their car service. Hard to find HONEST people!!.

I've been exceedingly impressed with the quality of service and respect I receive during each visit, and consider it a blessing to have found them! If your feeling your transmission is just not shifting right take it to the 103rd location for a diagnostic check! Tony, Gary and the crew are very trustworthy and loyal to their customers. They keep you up to date with information by text or emails. A plus operation !!!
