they are rude and won't fix something they messed up gave her wrong meds and then said not my fault that's crap
Monday night took my hubby who had been vomiting for several hours from a migraine. He was in a tremendous amount of pain. I begged for them to just let him go back and lay in a bed. Nope.... after the second trip through two doors and down a hallway to the bathroom to puke... we left and drive to Tanner ER in Wedowee. And within 2 minutes we were being triaged by an RN... less than 5 min after arrival we were in a room so he could lay down - lights out so that he could find relief. RecommendedI have worked their ER since 2003, it is the finest small hospital I've encountered in my 30 year career. Very unique, close-knit community. Medical staff spans several generations. Local EMS squad is first-rate, as are the nursing and ancillary staff.
I was visiting a friend for a few days and got really sick, spent a couple of days in Clay County Hospital. The staff both the nurses and doctors were sweet and kind but very competent.Kudos to the diatery staff the food was excellent.I would rate them at a 10 level.Thank you for a lovely stay. Linda Allen
