We purchased a Hyundai sonata hybrid over a year ago. To date it only has 17400 on the odometer. I took it yesterday 8/28 for an oil change and had to purchase 4 tires because the ones that came with the brand new car a year ago apparently wore out way before their time. You would think a new car would come with a 50k tire but only had 17k on them. Everything else with this car and service team is A+ but the tires that come on a new Hyundai are a D-. Working with Hyundai of Rockwall was an amazing experience. They were kind, helpful, quick, and efficient. They gave me a shuttle ride, answered all my questions, updated and proceeded to do things so quickly. I would highly recommend Hyundai after my experience with them. An absolute blessing.
Parts department is trash Every time I call some a hole answers the phone with an attitude.
