DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. Following a trade in/new car purchase on 8/3 I’m still battling with them to pay the settlement figure on the traded car. Been to dealer multiple times and several calls later this is still an open issue. Total incompetence and apparently cheque being sent to wrong locations / car cleaning on pick up was a joke / windshield wipers needed replacing and washer fluid empty / now the potential need to pay a 2nd monthly payment on car I do not own and due to business buyout they are redirecting ... read more
I have to say my experience at Clay Cooley Rockwall with Cody, Eli and George was very good! There wasn’t that hard sell. I knew what I wanted and was clear, they understood, they did everything in their power to make this deal go through. This will be my last car purchase as I am a senior and they did all the could to accommodate me! I am very pleased with the whole team!
