We had a fantastic experience here, and the customer service was top-tier. Caleb was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the extra time to answer all of our questions. He showed genuine patience while we weighed our options, making our decision effortless. He stayed after hours to close the deal and made sure our new EV was fully charged. Highly recommend working with him!
These people said I need to “drop off my car today so that it can be looked at tomorrow”. Exact words. They want my car to just sit in their lot a full 24 hours for no good reason. I really wanna know why it can’t be dropped off when they’re ready to diagnose it. In what world is this reasonable? Btw, I have a 2025 Sonata hybrid Limited with 16,000 miles and the sunroof stopped working. They need 48 hours JUST to diagnose the sunroof not working. PLUS, MORE TIME WILL BE NEEDED TO ACTUALLY FIX IT.
This dealership is THE WORST to work with for service!! I never feel like they want to be helpful, doesn't feel like they want my business -- and so I have a distrust in information they provide. I would rather drive further out of my way to go to a location that provides hospitality and actual customer service.
