I have been engaged in a prolonged and frustrating experience with this establishment over the past four weeks regarding the servicing of my vehicle. After retrieving my vehicle over three weeks into the process, I have had to return almost daily to address issues that did not exist prior to dropping it off. NEVER HAVE I EVER had such a miserable experience with a repair shop, dealership or individually owned, until my recent dealings with Clay Cooley Mesquite. I dropped off my 2024 Hyundai Kona (with less than 15,000 miles) early Wednesday evening before leaving town for a four-day trip, assuming this would give them plenty of time to complete the routine oil change, diagnose my suspension issue, order parts if needed, and complete the repairs. I was blocked on Facebook for asking a simple question. I wasn't rude; it was a legitimate question! Now they continue to text my phone and email me trying to sell me a car. What a joke of a dealership!
Very nice dealership, we travel a lot and have had our Palisade serviced by Hyundai dealerships around the country, and Clay Cooley is a great place for service.
