I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience deserves to be shared because the issue wasn’t the quality of the work—it was the communication. Clay Cooley of Mesquite has provided me with the absolute worst experience I have ever had when it comes to repair work. I went into their service department on Tuesday where Nathan was my assigned service advisor. I told Nathan that I was one year into a three year extended warranty. My AC was blowing warm air. Scammers do not do business with these people in the service department if you enjoy your funds and do not want to have to pay multiple people to fix the same problem do not call Clay Cooley for service I was scammed from the moment I walked in by someone misleading me lying to me telling me that they were the manager told them what I needed fixed on my car they told me that was not my issue. One star — zero stars if I could. I brought my vehicle to Clay Cooley Service for an oil consumption test because I had already had an oil change earlier that same day, and that service showed my oil level was nearly gone. When I came in, it was not clearly explained upfront that I would be responsible for paying for another oil change as part of the oil consumption test.
