Went here to buy a car 8 years ago, and they never stop calling me & leaving voicemails after I told them numerous times to take my name off the list.
We have been longtime customers. Have bought a couple of cars from these folks. AC went out today in under one year of replacement. They could not give me a loaner they said because they did not have one on the lot. They are making me wait until Tuesday for my car to be serviced. I am a diabetic and have a prosthetic. Also, my daughter's grandfather is in town for her 21st Birthday. We are officially done with Clay Cooley Hyundai altogether. They are a poor dealership. Buyer Beware!
Use these guys at your own risk! I had a warranty issue and they sat on their hands for 3 weeks. I had to call the manager to get anything done. They still managed to get it wrong. I had to take my car to another dealer to confirm that they hadn't calibrated the throttle correctly AND they damaged the bodywork while installing the engine. When you take a car in for a warranty issue, you don't expect it to come out in worse shape than when you take it in! I left messages and emails and they NEVER contacted me back to discuss.
At first, I wasn’t sure if I was going to get approved or not, but Tanner made sure everything worked out. He went above and beyond to help me get my car. He was extremely patient and made sure I understood that I was in control of what I needed and wanted. If you want a great car-buying experience, ask for Tanner! He is truly the best!
