If I could give zero stars I would. This place is useless. As soon as we get there, we can barely even fit in the parking lot due to them having so much inventory yet did not want to help us find anything. I had a very disappointing experience with this Hyundai dealership. I had previously spent $780 at an independent repair shop, which fixed the issue with my car. However, when the check engine light came on again, I decided to take the car to the Hyundai dealership to check whether there might be a recall. I have been engaged in a prolonged and frustrating experience with this establishment over the past four weeks regarding the servicing of my vehicle. After retrieving my vehicle over three weeks into the process, I have had to return almost daily to address issues that did not exist prior to dropping it off.
