One star — zero stars if I could. I brought my vehicle to Clay Cooley Service for an oil consumption test because I had already had an oil change earlier that same day, and that service showed my oil level was nearly gone. This dealership somehow manages to make every interaction take three times as long and accomplish half as much. If inefficiency were a business model, they’d be industry leaders. Picked a car to lease in 30 minutes. 10 hours later I was able to leave with the car. Turned in a lease on the same day. Still fighting Hyundai Finance four months later because the dealer just didn’t do the paperwork. No replies to my texts and emails. No call when my registration came in.

I took my 2019 Hyundai Tucson because my sunroof wouldn't close properly, and I also wanted to get a key programmed and a recal done. They told me it would take one or two days for the diagnostic of the sunroof but that they would take care of both the recal and the key while conducting the diagnostic for the sunroof. On the second day, I checked in on the car, and they told me it would cost $3,000 to fix the sunroof. They said they would do the key programming and the recall the next morning.
