I’ve bought multiple cars in my life and this was hands down the worst experience so far. We brought a trade-in that’s been having some issues and when they went to appraise it suddenly the car wouldn’t start. We were making plans to have the car towed and just leave because now we had nothing to trade in. They asked us to please just consider a vehicle they had just got in that day.
