Bought this fiat when it was q fiat for full price (my mistake), got the full warranty learned it came with free oil changes. I drove from Denton to Irving several times for oil changes when I found out I could no longer get them because the mileage expired before the oil changes should have. I was told when I got it that with the warranty if I ever lost the key it would be replaced. No one would help me when that happened and I finally gave up. Purchased my car here, very easy, comfortable, painless process! The first time my bf and I stopped by Clay Cooley Fiat, we test drove a car just to get an idea of it. The salesman who helped us (Rodney) was so nice and let us take our time looking and comparing the different models, there was no pressure to buy which was great considering we weren't ready to buy at that time.
