I went into Clay Cooley last week after speaking with a representative and telling them my situation under the impression that I would be able to purchase a vehicle with 0 dollars down, with a flexible monthly payment. I purchased a car 2 weeks ago. i live on the east coast so I dealt with the General manager directly on this purchase. The GM Tim G****** proceeded to lie to me about the condition of the car because it was the owners personal car, he wanted to protect the owner and impress him. This is the typical used car sales tactics that have been around for decades. I partial blame myself for trusting a slimy used car salesman (Tim G****** and company). There are no employees in the service area / parts department (indoors) wearing masks. Even though Dallas county has a mandatory mask policy in effect. There is no effort for creating social distancing between the employees and customers, or social distancing between employees. This dealership shows zero respect for the health and well-being of their customers or their employees. I won't surprise me in the least if this service center is a superspreader of the Covid-19 virus.

Two years ago, purchased a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. Since then, I have had several very bad interactions with the dealership. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. They lured me in with an offer for my son's car that we purchased two years ago. They would not even come close to honoring their offer. Tried to buy vehicle from out of state based on online price list on website. when I FINALLY get someone to send me a price breakdown, it has $646 EXTRA added to the online price (which nobody could explain, except that 'maybe it was from a different vehicle, we're not sure' - when the GSM's name was on the quote). And then they had added the famous $2999 for their Connected and Protected add-on scam. The operator first hung up the phone in my face when I asked for a particular salesman. I called back and FINALLY spoke to the salesman I wanted after speaking with a second gentleman that got an attitude with me. The salesman assured me they had the particular car I wanted still in stock. I told him I was coming into town and it would take me 4 1/2 hours to get there.
