I suggest staying away from this dealer. They claim this with thier Clay Cooley Family Guarantee: "We never charge our customers for Dealer Adds, Market Adjustments, or hidden fees. The price that you see online is the price you pay for your new or used vehicle" This is NOT true. They try to stiff arm you into buying this "guarantee for 3 to 5 more years for $2000 or more dollars. There manager also told me they will not honor the online price unless you use their financing. thank u TAURUS and the gentleman in financing .....I purchased a 2024 Silverado HC , I had an issue with my deal and these 2 guys stepped up and made the process less stressful they said what they were going to do and they did it no excuses I didn't have to call them over and over....next time I need a truck I'll deal with TAURUS ... ask for him he he'll take care of u.
