I have renewed hope in the Clay City Police Dept thanks to Police Chief James Kirk. Changed my opinion. Let's keep those communication lines open.
I don't have a problem,. Ones who do r wrong to have one. Because when u need help who do u call the police, they r just doing there job & risking their life's for u.
