Well I think clay city police department needs to have a meeting about what to serve and protect means,,when an officer goes out to do a welfare check on a 16 month old with 2 black eyes and says everything is 10 4 and the child goes to daycare and gets social services called in after the police officer says she's fine,then that officer needs fired and throwed off the force cause that badge means nothing to him,, what if that child had died,it would have been on him,,
