I have a lot of stress and tension that I hold all throughout my back. I went to RMT Kolby. They were absolutely amazing and did work on my knots quite a bit. As expected, I was tender the next couple days but the amount of movement unlocked was noticeable.
Kerry is simply amazing! She mobilized my shoulder in one session and I feel better than I have in years after my second appointment. I highly recommend Claybank Therapy and will be a regular from now on.
