After visiting a current resident, I would advise everyone to steer clear of Claxton Pointe. The first night of my visit there were bats that came in through the vents. The apartments are also not updated as the site claims. They refuse to offer longtime residents the same amenities and comfort as newer residents. When the resident requested apartment updates after a rent increase, she was told established residents do not get updates. Management and maintenance are a joke. Neither is helpful. This place has really gone down since I first moved in years ago They keep raising the rent but don’t fix anything and no upgrades for established residents It’s just sad that the constant turnover in ownership is getting worse
