I’ve been using them since we moved to Georgia in 2022. The customer service has always been very lax. One time I went in to pay with cash with my service dog(who is trained to protect me). And they let their dog loose which caused my service dog to key and cause a good amount of Chaos and stress on my part, and all the receptionist said was “Oh he just wants to play” I called Monday and ordered propane and it’s now Wednesday.
