It is really frustrating when you go thru a great lender to only get stuck with a mediocre appraiser that doesn't appraise your property legit. If you live in a historic district, I would advise not to go with this appraiser as Linda will not use due diligence in finding recent sale comparables, your expired comps appraisal will be on your record for 3 months until you have to start the entire process over again to get someone to do a proper job.
