Correct me if this is not the correct address, but whoever manages the Claxter Ridge Apartments at 4305 should be truly embarrassed. Their gate system is a complete joke. It is impossible to exit through the front main gate, but there’s no signage indicating so.
Small quiet complex, friendly staff and nice modern units. I have enjoyed this community for over 2 years. Neighbors are pleasant and respectful.
If I could put zero stars I would!!! Horrible apartment management. Lack of communication. Contacted me 6 MONTHS after my lease was supposed to end to “renew another one” from that month forward when I was ready to leave 6 months later… horrible service
Stayed here for almost two years. Was also happy to leave. Area doesn’t feel safe and also the management isn’t great. Also our apartment looked great when we left and we did not even get our deposit back. They even wanted 357$ extra for removal of pet hair when our move out inspection man said everything looked great. I would live somewhere else. South Salem is much nicer.
