Small quiet complex, friendly staff and nice modern units. I have enjoyed this community for over 2 years. Neighbors are pleasant and respectful.
If I could put zero stars I would!!! Horrible apartment management. Lack of communication. Contacted me 6 MONTHS after my lease was supposed to end to “renew another one” from that month forward when I was ready to leave 6 months later… horrible service
Stayed here for almost two years. Was also happy to leave. Area doesn’t feel safe and also the management isn’t great. Also our apartment looked great when we left and we did not even get our deposit back. They even wanted 357$ extra for removal of pet hair when our move out inspection man said everything looked great. I would live somewhere else. South Salem is much nicer.

I lived here for two years just because of the convenience to my workplace and nice neighbors. But the place/location itself is very sketchy. There were dumpster divers who got in the trash at any time of the day, dog poop in the dog run (some neighbors don’t pick up after their dogs), the complex itself is not being cleaned by management at all (hallways, stairs, parking lots are all dirty).
