Diesel owners don’t waste your time. Despite what the giant sign says, they do not change oil in diesel engines. Their sign is false.
I pulled in for an oil change and had a rattle. Seems the heat shield under the car was dislodged. I asked Frank if he could verify and remove the heat shield. He did, amazingly. I asked the favor before telling him I needed my oil changed. In other words, Frank was just going to do a favor for random dude with a car issue. Great customer service. The bottle of water is a nice touch as well. I felt like I traveled back in time...
They took my air filter out and didn’t put it back right and messed a bunch of my electrical up would not recommend!!
