RecommendedI left my GSD for a day since I was going on a business trip to El Paso and ended up staying almost two weeks bc of a medical emergency and Claws and Paws Pet Motel sure did take care of my baby till I was back. They where big help and i really appreciate your awesome business! For sure I’ll be taking my baby back! Annette is the most dog loving and caring person I have ever met! We recently went to board our dog, who is very terrified of boarding facilities. Our dog was being aggressive and she had to be picked up (not Annettes fault what so ever, our dog can be very rude). After we arrived to get her, Annette asked us if we wanted to borrow her large kennel and bowls so we didn't have to cancel our lake plans and she said we will try again. We boarded our dogs here for almost a week and it was their first time being boarded. I was worried because my two large breed dogs can be a bit of a hand full, but everything went smoothly and they did great! I highly recommend them and I will be taking my dogs here again! Thank you guys for your hard work and care! Gives me peace of mind when I'm away from my two boys (dogs).
<3 <3 <3 Them! Not only are they reasonably priced, they are super friendly and very attentive to their customers and their pets! My bulldog never wants to be left anywhere, and anytime we have her here she doesn't want to go home! And their grooming is amazing and priced perfectly!

We took our four cats to this “boarding facility” on a Thursday and picked them up on Tuesday morning first time and this place is a DNRE (DO NOT RETURN EVER). First, any place in which the client has to get on their hands and knees to get to their cats because it is so disorganized and dirty should not be boarding animals. Second, they actually boarded cats and dogs TOGETHER. The dogs were loud and the cats were terrified. Thank you so much Annette for taking care of our DJ♡ One thing I loved is that you're allowed to call and check up on your furbaby. When we picked up Dj, he not only looked healthy, but he was happy.
