Claws and Paws Animal Hospital has been very good for the most part. However, today they really let me down. I had called early today to find out what it would cost to have my dogs anal canal cleared of a plug. They said $25. No problem, i'll also have some shots done then too. Take him in along with my other dog, explain EXACTLY what I want done. CLEAR my dog's anal canal so he can SHIT!!! They say that's an anal gland expressing. I don't care, just remove the plug, probably dog hair compacted in feces, causing the blockage... read more
Sent us home without doing any testing and a lot of unanswered questions. They kept pushing surgery. Two days later the cancer protruded into an open wound. I called to ask about putting her down and they refuse to end her suffering. We took her to Baltimore County Animal Services in Baldwin. The vet couldn't believe they didn't do any testing to see if it spread or not. If they had the outcome could have been different. Excellent care and empathetic staff. Everyone I met was concerned about my dog AND me. Dr. Singh will be our permanent vet.
Highly recommend! Dr. Singh and his staff are great with our dog, Lilly. They all truly care and she just loves them. The office isn't pushy, they explain everything so that a non-vet can understand, and we've had nothing but excellent experiences with Claws N Paws.
Dr. Singh is the most heartless, rudest person you will EVER meet. Yea, he puts on a good show with patients, but don't believe it. He's just trying to take your money. Heather, the vet tech is the best person there! But DON'T trust the doctor....DO NOT take you precious pet there! Like I said... he may seem nice... but think about how he treats people that are not his patients! He is so rude and inconsiderate! It's rediculous... who knew someone could be so mean!!!!
