Called here asking a very simple question: where do you guys administer the distemper vaccine? I was on the phone for 14 minutes to get the answer. Was put on hold 3 separate times and at one point told "we have no way of finding that out for you" ???? HELLO? They then proceeded to hang up on me. Don't take your pets here lol.
