Kind employee (maybe owner) but just a distributor and didn’t seem to care about quality control or customers. I had a small order of two boxes, waited a week for delivery and the store called me when the shipment arrived. I received the boxes in bad shape, opened them, and the locking edges of all LVP floor pieces were damaged. Clawed Carpets wastes my time so I immediately returned the items and went to Home Depot. They used subcontractors and are not reliable. I dealt with this company twice and every time something went wrong. 1. About two years ago, they put wood in a bedroom with a squeaky floor. It was written in the contract that they would have fixed this. The subcontractors didn't fix the problem - they maybe used a screw or two for a quick temporary fix.
