I had a great experience! LeiLei was very welcoming and really paid attention to detail. My nails turned out simply beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing and she made the entire appointment enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend her services
If I could’ve given a zero star I would have! It went from a good conversation to noticing a lack of customer service & general common courtesy. Battery died as I walked in. I got no help on allowing me to see her page from her phone, no help with a charger, no help on designs & just overall attitude. It seems she may have clients for years (friends and family), however dealing with the public might not be common for her. Lei Lei has such good energy! She is definitely a girls girl. Her talent is unmatched! Her space is neat, clean and welcoming. I get compliments every where I go! If you are considering it book her! She won’t disappoint
I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done! It’s girly, private, and professional, and she does an incredible job every time.
