The tar paper roof was replaced by Claw Roofing, and there are still two years left on the warranty. The roof started leaking in June 2025, and I reached out to the Claw roofing owner for a permanent repair a month ago, but I haven’t received any confirmation yet. From start to finish, Jordan was incredibly efficient and professional. Honest assessment and diligent work - I couldn’t be happier with the results. Would definitely recommend.
I had Jordan come over and assess my low slope roof at a home I just purchased. He gave me tips to maintain the roof and a expected life expectancy. He gave me honest advice and did not push a sale. I feel like it would have been easy to push a new roof installation but he gave me his honest opinion and answered all my questions. I feel like that kind of customer service is rare these days. I will definitely be reaching out to claw roofing again for my roofing needs.
