My daughter and I expected a good meal but at best was mediocre.
Not only was the food delicious, but Darius our server made our visit even better. He was amazing from the first second. Even though he was busy, he made sure to give us excellent treatment and even chatted and joked with us. Also the two gentlemen who I think were floor managers were constantly checking in with us and the rest of the guests. Our first visit to Claw & Hammer was fantastic. We started with Pearls and Bubbles and the Dockside Tower …everything was super fresh! I had an amazing handmade pasta and lobster entree, and we shared the peaches and cream sorbet dessert special. Our server Darius was great - fun, knowledgeable, and attentive. We will definitely be back.
On vacation and was looking for a place around 9pm to have a couple drinks and an app, we were having a hard time finding anywhere because we had a 12 year old with us. We stopped here and they were super inviting. We ended up having oysters, crab claws, drinks and dessert which were all amazing. Our server Darius was the highlight, very personable, accommodating, gave great recommendations and even wrote us a list of places to try while we are in town. Highly recommend trying this place out.
OK, they don’t have the Water view So a 4 star atmosphere I took one star away, but this is a new restaurant that we kind of found just by googling that I think all the locals and all the tourist should try we’re given it five stars.
