This place is a scam. I paid $50 and submitted the application to view a property. All of my sensitive information is with this company. No one answers the phone by call or text messages. Collecting $50 to view a home and application with personal data prior to viewing a property and not contacting me or answering my calls or texts is manipulation and greed at its lowest. This place should be reported for consumer fraud and theft.
After waiting 6 months to write this review to fully assess the damage to our property, we feel compelled to share our extremely negative experience with Clavis Property Management. We hired Clavis to manage our home while we relocated to another state. From the beginning, our experience was problematic and only deteriorated over time.
