Worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. The associate was not at all confident in what he was doing. I was quoted a certain price, but they needed to wait a few days for the parts to come in. The next day, I received a call and the price was more than double.

He separated the diagnosis in to categories of importance and gave me an estimate to boot. I agreed to have all the work done. They were so patient, efficient and informative during the whole process as one of the repairs was a bigger job than anticipated. I am beyond happy with the service and professionalism I was shown. I highly recommend Bob and Dave's.
