unfortunately zero is not an option. this place is a complete joke. i called last thursday and scheduled a vehicle pickup for last friday, was very clear i am coming from out of town over an hour away with a truck and 44 foot enclosed trailer. i repeated how necesary it was that they contact me if there is any reason the car would not be ready by the time agreed. i clearly gave my phone/text info, email, fb and inta contact information. as i was coming down stoughton rd i called to inform i was close and i have a big truck.... read more

i went there to get a battery put in my car and they wanted $460 to do it so i called around and everywhere else was half that price i endedup doing it myself for 10 mins of work and $160 for the battery they were trying to high rob me

Corey was great to work with, performed service seems great so far, he explained needed issues, compiled a list and prioritized importance for me WITHOUT pushing me or trying to sell me. Visit confidently. These guys, from what I can sense anyway, have integrity. That's important to a guy like me. Just my $.02.
My husband and I have an Insight and a Prius that we service at Clausen's. They are the place to go to for hybrids- very knowledgeable and very thorough and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend their service.
