I’ve been getting my hair done here for the last few years by a stylist named Tanisha (tonesbytaniesha on IG). The service i receive each appointment is immaculate. She’s the most detail driven stylist I’ve worked with, I leave every appointment loving my hair more. I should note that my hair has never been healthier, she’s got me to my dream blonde hair with absolutely no damage. Highly recommend her to everyone looking to glow up their hair.
Well i came to ClauDivas salon and had my hair done by a hair stylist name Taniesha. I asked her to do my roots and tone my hair and after 5 hours when she started to dry the top it didn’t blend into my the previous bleached hair. She attempted to gaslight me to tell me it did blend, and after going to see 2 other hair stylist for a 2nd and 3rd opinion they both agreed it came nothing close to blending and that she is obligated to provide a service since I paid her. This is one of the most disorganized salons I’ve ever encountered, none of their information is available on their Facebook page or their Instagram and their website is I called this morning to ask about booking in for tanning services and was told that it is just a walk-in basis came all the way here, wasn’t greeted by anybody working in the salon and when I finally asked the two girls that were appearing to be working, was told they don’t have any information they’re not the receptionist and don’t have access to anything, ... read more
I just went to this salon for the first time and it was fantastic! I have never felt so welcome stepping into a salon before this experience. She was very knowledgeable about all of the tanning services and carefully helped me pick the best one for me. 10/10 I would recommend to anybody looking for tanning services, skin services, and hair services
