I had a nerve block procedure done with Interventional Radiology at 171 Ashley Avenue. From the nurse to the radiologists, the staff was GREAT! I had severe anxiety going in. The radiologist pulled up the images from my MRI and described everything to me in detail as to what was going to happen during the procedure. This place is the worst… when I checked in the Registration clerk was awful not seeing willing to help I was running a little late called asked if I would still be able to come in she answered no you would have to Schedule sense your late I said okay that’s fine can I do that soo first she said the next available appt was the 17 then said oh no you can’t have that appt it will be the 21 so I said okay I went online and there it was the 17th available I don’t know if she did that to be mean but if I missed my appt for somethi... read more

I went to my ENT and they sent me over here to get an ultrasound. I have called multiple times and was told that you guys had not received what you needed from my ENT. I contacted them and they said they did, but they send out again. So, called this place back and was told it was missing one thing and the lady said she'd call my ENT for me to get the information she needed and then shed call me back. Never received a phone call back and just gave up, because I was going back and fourth way too much which became frustrating.

Was charged hundreds out of pocket for physical therapy. All she gave me was stretches, and they didn't work. Now it's been 7 months, I'm still constantly in pain and unable to afford to go somewhere else because I'm still paying for this. Do not come here for physical therapy unless you absolutely have to.
