20+ years of being a patient. We watched it go from a smaller practice with lots of care for their patients. They took the time to listen to your concerns; you actually got to see Dr. Vincenty once in a while. Past years have been a disappointment. We are no longer patients, but part of their assembly line practice. Had so much pain from last procedure (spinal ablation) I had to demand that he stop during it.
