Although my case was eventually settled, this was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a business. I agree with every other bad review on here, I would call and call and call to get answers for my case and be totally ignored. My emails were also ignored, and I have paper trails to prove this. I would receive a bill and a call on how I would like to pay them. Then I would get charged for what felt like things they would make up.
