We worked with Claudia to sell a townhouse in Cary. You would expect property in the low $300's to be snapped up immediately, but the location had some drawbacks. Claudia did a great job staging it with her prop furniture and pushed open houses until the right person showed up. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and will be a return customer.
