Worse experience ever in the history, the front ladies who run the office just take your payment if you are a self-pay with no insurance, and then, you will get surprised with additional charges from a collection agency. Totally, no recommended. they don't explain surcharges when you leave the office. Spoke with Doctor Claudia stated that will fix the inconvenience - no results, I just ended up paying the bill directly to the collection agency. Dr. Skiba is very nice and provides great care, but the follow-up from her office has been disappointing. I’ve been waiting for two months for a pre-authorization, which has been frustrating. Improved communication and efficiency would make a big difference! There is no way to call them.
