If I could give zero stars, I would. Reaching the front desk is extremely difficult, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. I called to confirm my wife’s appointment and was placed on hold by the automated system. I waited for nearly an hour before someone finally answered, only to immediately place me on hold again.
