THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND STAFF EVER! Dr. Ramirez needs to train her staff better. I scheduled an appointment and drove 1 hour and a half to her office. I left my house earlier than I should leave for the appointment time. On my way, a car accident happened, and I called her office to explain the situation. They said I could go, but I would need to arrive before 4:20 pm - which I did!! When I got there, they had taken me out of the schedule, and her staff provided zero support to figure out the issue!
