Feels like a number, Rarely look at your face, multi-task while patient is asking question. When calling into office, get different answers. Dr. Eric is very detailed and connects well. Have not been to De Padilla yet.
Good visit but the doctor office completely failed to to process the paperwork for insurance properly and estimate the costs of care, make sure you clarify the costs and have them file correctly between medical and behavioral health, otherwise you could be in for an expensive surprise after your visit
Dr. Padilla is patient friendly, knowledgable, takes the time to make sure you fully understand what to expect and the prescribed course of action to be taken. She is supported by a great team of nurses, Tammy and Heather as well as administrator, Roshawda. Craig Innes
I am taking my mom to see Dr. Padilla for neurological problems my mom has experienced after having a stroke a few years ago. Dr. Padilla is very knowledgeable and explains her planned treatment in a logical, thoughtful manner. She takes the time to answer all questions we have, even though this may put her behind schedule. My only regret is that I had not found Dr. Padilla immediately after my mom's stroke, but am thankful she is treating my mom now.
